Cause: The key you typed doesn't match anything in our database.
Fix: Re-check the key in your purchase confirmation email. Copy and paste rather than typing - it's easy to mix up O and 0, or 1 and l. If the key looks right and still fails, email info@letsautomate.info with the email you bought with and we'll re-issue.
Cause: Your subscription has passed its expiry date and wasn't renewed.
Fix: Visit letsgogames.co.uk/account, log in, and resubscribe. Your old licence reactivates with the same key.
Cause: The licence has been deactivated, suspended, or refunded.
Fix: If you didn't request a refund, email info@letsautomate.info immediately so we can investigate. If a refund was issued, the licence is no longer valid - to use the platform again, purchase a new subscription.
Cause: The key isn't the right length or contains unexpected characters.
Fix: Licence keys are alphanumeric with hyphens. Make sure you've copied the full key, no extra spaces, no quote marks. Try copy-paste from the confirmation email.
Cause: Too many activation attempts in the last minute (15 max).
Fix: Wait 60 seconds, then try again with the correct key.
Cause: You've activated the licence on more devices than your plan allows.
Fix: Visit your account page to see activated devices and remove ones you no longer use. Or upgrade to a plan with a higher limit.
Cause: Your subscription was cancelled and the grace period has now passed.
Fix: Resubscribe at letsgogames.co.uk/pricing. Your old account stays - no data lost - but you'll get a new licence key.
