Common questions
How do I upgrade my plan?
Open the billing portal, click "Update plan", choose Starter or Professional, and
confirm. Your card is charged the prorated difference.
How do I cancel?
Open the billing portal and click "Cancel plan". You keep access until the end of your
current billing period. No questions asked.
When am I charged?
Monthly subscriptions auto-renew on the same date as your initial purchase. You'll see
every invoice in the portal.
I bought the 24-Hour Home Pass. Why can't I open the portal?
One-off passes aren't subscriptions, so there's nothing to manage. You can still buy a
new pass anytime at
letsgogames.co.uk/pricing.
