Saving and Re-using Your Favourite Quiz Rounds

Build a personal library of round templates you can run again next week.

1

Save a Round After You Build It

When you finish setting up a Quiz round, look for the Save Round button. Tap it. Give the round a name like "Standard - 80s Music" or "Wedding - Bride Facts".

Saved rounds live on your licence in cloud storage so they appear on every device you log into.

2

Re-use a Saved Round

Building a new Quiz? Tap Add Round, then From Library. Pick a saved round from your list. The questions and settings load instantly.

You can edit a copy without changing the original template.

3

Save the Whole Quiz

At the end of building a Quiz, tap Save Quiz. The whole round set gets saved as a template. Re-load it next week and it's ready to run.

Useful for venues that run the same format every week (e.g. "Tuesday Night Quiz") with fresh questions but the same round structure.

4

Name Things Well

You'll build up dozens of rounds over time. Naming matters. We recommend:

- Type - Topic e.g. "Picture - UK Landmarks", "Estimation - World Records"
- Difficulty e.g. "Easy", "Medium", "Tricky"
- Date or event for one-offs e.g. "Smith Wedding 2026"

5

Mix Saved Rounds with Fresh AI Questions

Save your evergreen rounds (Music, Picture, generic Standard) and re-run them. Mix in 1-2 fresh AI-generated rounds on topical subjects (this week's news, last weekend's sports). Best of both worlds.

Library Hygiene

  • Delete or archive rounds you've outgrown
  • Tag rounds with difficulty so you can match the audience
  • Build "starter packs" - 3 rounds that always work for a corporate event, 3 for a wedding, 3 for a pub night
  • When you find a round that gets a great reaction, save and tag it as "winner"
  • Lost a round you've definitely saved? Email info@letsautomate.info with your account email and round name and we can usually recover it.
